101 in 1001: #91, Babysit for a friend Tue. January 5, 2010 my life
So not 10 minutes after posting my 101 in 1001 last night, I get a call from Candice and Mark asking if I wanted to babysit so they could go out on a date!
Candice SWEARS that she did not see my list before calling, but it sure is a coincidence, don't you think? ;)
Anyway, Wyatt came on over, and I have to say, he seemed a little freaked out that his Aunt Jess was babysitting. I personally do not think that I deserve this reaction:
But he calmed down quickly once I explained to him that parents need alone time and that he needed to be more accepting and understanding of what it takes to keep a marriage healthy:
And then he took his bottle like a good boy and promptly fell asleep:
